Aqua Experts users may request deletion of their account or personal data associated with the Aqua Experts mobile app and website.
Send an email to:
Please include the email address used for your Aqua Experts account and write: Account Deletion Request.
After verification, Aqua Experts may delete or anonymise account information, login data, submitted profile details, and other personal data associated with the account, unless retention is required for security, legal, fraud prevention, or legitimate operational reasons.
We aim to review deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible after verifying the request.
