How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your account, expert profile, private contact information, or related personal data, send an email to:
Please include the following information so that the request can be verified and processed safely:
- Your full name
- The email address used for your expert profile or account
- Your profile link or profile slug, when available
- Whether you want full account/profile deletion or only specific personal data removed
What Can Be Deleted
- Expert profile information
- Private contact details stored for verification or contact routing
- Uploaded profile photo, where applicable
- Account or login information connected to the expert database, where applicable
- Other personal information associated with the profile, subject to applicable legal, security, or integrity requirements
What May Be Retained
Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, platform integrity, audit history, or dispute resolution. Where retention is necessary, retained data will be limited to what is required for those purposes.
Processing Time
We aim to review and respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time. Additional identity or ownership verification may be required to protect users from unauthorized deletion requests.
