Product Description

Full Description:

A Venturi fertilizer injector is a practical fertigation device used to inject liquid fertilizer, soluble nutrients, or agricultural treatment solutions into an irrigation water line. It is commonly used in drip irrigation systems, greenhouses, nurseries, orchards, vegetable farms, and smallholder irrigation projects where water and nutrients need to be delivered together directly to the crop root zone.

The injector works by using the Venturi effect. When water passes through the narrow throat of the injector, the water velocity increases and the pressure inside the injector decreases. This pressure difference creates suction, allowing fertilizer solution to be drawn from a container through a small suction tube and mixed into the irrigation flow. The nutrient-rich water is then carried through the drip tape, drip pipes, emitters, or micro-irrigation network.

A Venturi injector is usually installed on the mainline or on a bypass line with valves. The bypass arrangement makes it easier to control the pressure difference and regulate the injection process. For best performance, the system should include a filter before the injector and proper pressure control to protect the drip irrigation network.

This product is useful not only for farm irrigation but also for teaching and demonstration. It clearly shows how fertigation works in practice and helps farmers, students, technicians, and irrigation project planners understand how fertilizer can be applied efficiently through water.

Before purchase or installation, users should confirm the final supplier specifications, including connection size, working pressure, required pressure difference, water flow range, suction capacity, material type, installation direction, and recommended fertilizer compatibility.
